A correct reform in health sector: experts

Saul Hernandez, the director of public health sector, gave information about a reform that on his point of view would be correct and necessary in México. He gave three principal points:

1. - Sanitary gestation areas to be made, it would create health sector service network areas, which would be in charge of administrate a determinate population sector, improving the service.

2. - administrators of the health sector would be forced to be on charge of a public offer sector, meaning they would be on charge of giving a proper service to everyone inside that sector, only corresponding to them.

3. - Authorities would watch over  the administrators in the related securing and care of the population, making this a way to control the service quality, making the user and the service givers somehow protected.

Alerts for possible second tsunami

Jalisco. - Moises Olmedo Fonseca, secretary of civil protection of Jalisco, alerted about the presence of a second tsunami within the coasts of the state, and he asked to the corresponding authorities to be aware of the situation, and warned the population to be careful if they were doing aquatic activities.

In the interview he explained that waves of 8 meters of height may be expected, the alerts will be held until the last days of December of this year.

He also insisted that the companies who give services for aquatic sports be aware, and that the vacationist be careful when they visit the beaches. Meanwhile the restaurants around the zone where told to secure their beach furniture.

Frost forecast in Chihuahua, Durango, Sonora and Baja California

México City – The 10th of November a cold front is going to enter and will produce a strong decrease in temperature, low intensity rains, strong winds and frost forecast in high zones of the peninsula of Baja California, Durango, Sonora and Chihuahua, reported the National Meteorological Service (SMN its acronym in Spanish). The organism of the National Commission of water (Conagua its acronym in Spanish) reported that the cold front will associated with a canal of low pressure of cold core in levels medium and high at the atmosphere with a strong pulse of the Jetstream, this will cause low temperature. The cold air mass associated will change its characteristics throughout the day favouring a gradual ascent in the temperature of the north, northeast, west and centre of the republic.
