With the promise to impulse the culture within Chihuahua, and to help grow the artists of the state, it was stablished that in a formal agreement, the support of arts program between the state government and the art faculties in the city, will promote more and better expositions in the main cities of the state.

Representatives of the state said that one of the main activities of the program will be to maintain in contact with the artists of the state, whose work has been claimed to be outstanding in diverse expositions, and to stablish more relations with international and national art promoters.

 

Literary talent on sight.

December is at the corner by now, and this mean that the first edition of youth literary award will be conceived in Chihuahua. The ceremony will be placed in the Soberano Hotel, located in the capital of the state, then a writing will be chosen as winner, and the award will be the amount of 20,000 dollar, and the publishing of the work by the Siglo Veintiuno editorial. And as it is the first time this award is given, the honorifically medal will be saved for the public to see the first winner of the award.

Local people affirms they have seen a UFO

Exactly 2 years ago 5 people reported to the authorities that lights were leaving the tip of the famous mountain, however when the officers inspected the zone they didn't find nothing unusual, this two histories have a lot in common, so they concluded that something weird happens in the rocky mountain. In the beginning of this case, they believed that people was capping in the mountain tip but authorities reported that zone is prohibited to access and is impossible that someone arrive the tip without a help of an helicopter. According to informs, the officers did not follow the situation the first time that someone reported the sightings, because they believed is all about a joke, however 2 years after the same things happened, this is because authorities took action on the matter and began a special investigation of the case, scientists tell that never has found evidence about existence of aliens, however around the world had been reported cases about sightings very similar to the before mentioned, where people claim have seen weird lights, starships, even claim have seen aliens with their own eyes, but no case has been repeated like this. The father Mr. Armando Acosta who was in the camp told the following: "It was a night how any other, I was camping with my family for three days ago, and we are enjoying the last night how a family, when all of us were shocked when all we saw lights in the top of the mountain, we thought that lights were installed by the careers of the park, however for own surprise the lights began to both increase and levitate, was there when we realized that there was impossible that the careers were doing that, we were very scared, the only thing we could do was calling the emergency number and explain what we were seeing, we lasted a lot on the phone because the police thought that it was a part of a joke, personally I never had believed in aliens but today I was able to see them by myself, this is not something that I heard from somebody, is something that I experimented by myself, it's something that I see and anybody can't change my mind". Mr. Armando and his family have been the top of all the news in Australia because is the first sighting of UFOS that authorities do tracing.
