December is at the corner by now, and this mean that the first edition
of youth literary award will be conceived in Chihuahua. The ceremony will be
placed in the Soberano Hotel, located in the capital of the state, then a
writing will be chosen as winner, and the award will be the amount of 20,000
dollar, and the publishing of the work by the Siglo Veintiuno editorial. And as
it is the first time this award is given, the honorifically medal will be saved
for the public to see the first winner of the award.
