Uruguay president is kidnapped in Mexico

Mexico DF - In Wednesday morning October 2, 2015 approximately at 8am, the president of Uruguay was in a meeting with important businessmen in Mexico, where they would speak about implement trade between Uruguay and Mexico, however the meeting realized in an important hotel in Mexico city, was interrupted for a group approximately of 45 persons which covered their faces with masks & balaclava, and they were able to underwent at the authorities in charge of guarding the place. The authorities in all Mexico City declared an alert because all the businessmen and the president of Uruguay were kidnaped; this is why all the elements of security focused in trapping those criminals. The president of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, said that was outrageous that representatives of other nations were victims of organized crime of Mexico and he will help with all the necessary elements for capture the responsible of this action outrageous. Until the moment the authorities has told that it was a planned movement because the criminals perfectly knew the place and they did not enter by force, that was the authorities were thinking. The place of the facts still protected by the authorities because they need all the information about the situation and everybody have to make a declaration, because is unknown how they underwent the bodyguards both of the businessmen how the president of Uruguay without shooting. The Mexican elements how army and marines, are working together in each zone for capture of the criminals. One of the versions collected until the moment, is that criminals don't have intention of kidnap the president of Uruguay only the businessmen because no one knew that the president of Uruguay would in Mexico, but don't ruled out that the attack has been strategically planned for all the factors until now have been collected. The secretary of governorate Osorio Chong, told that it was outrageous the things happened but they still working with all the elements for finish this shameful action, also confirm that until the moment the criminals have not communicated what they want or their requirements for the rescue because they haven't gone out the zone where occur the kidnap, because have checkpoints in all strategic points for which they could escape, that's why it doesn't claim to have completely escaped, neither is known the actual state of the president of Uruguay or the businessmen, but the reports of the bystanders presents in the act inform that in no moment the criminals hurt the victims or anyone, is this because the authorities thought that maybe could have partners in crime among the bystanders or people of the hotel who maybe collaborated with the criminals, or the authorities in charge of protecting the area where the meeting was taking place. All headers in the news in Uruguay are focused on the kidnapping of the president, also the government of Uruguay demanded the Mexican government inform each action that may affect his President, so that the Mexican government did not opposed to all and each of the requests made. The government of Uruguay says in case of money needed for pay a rescue; they will have the necessary elements to send that money to the Mexican government.
