The
superior study institute of Monterrey ITESM, Chihuahua campus, has won the
fourth contest of mechanical engineering, for the ITESM institutes. They
developed a robotic dolphin that has the function of a submarine vehicle, in
which instruments as cameras and magnet detectors where attached. It is
controlled and provided of energy from the Surface, its problem relies onto
that its maximal diving distance is of only 40 meters, inside the aquatic
Surface where it is submerged. Even though in reality the big giving of this
project is being the base of a posterior model that will allow reaching further
depths.
